Booking Terms
The following Booking Terms are per product.
Set up and collection is included in your price. I will assume that set up is the morning of your wedding and collection /de rig will happen the morning after, unless you tell me otherwise.
25% of the hire price is payable upon booking with the remaining 75% due 1 month before your wedding day. Please message me by email kelly@greyvineandco.co.uk before your first payment to check if your date is available.
The 25% payment upon booking is non-refundable. Though if you need to change the date after payment, I will try my hardest to accommodate this.
1 month before your wedding, I will be in touch with your final invoice as well as a short form to fill in digitally, for me to collect details of your wedding venue, timings and the contact of your wedding planner so that I can be sure of exactly where you'd like your flowers set up for the ceremony and clarity on who will move the floral pieces from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast.
From my experience, the venue will move the ceremony flowers to behind the top table for the wedding breakfast. The caterers will lay the tables and iron the linen before placing any flowers and candles etc so generally they have a detailed plan of where the flowers and candles will sit and can easily collect the flowers and candles from a spot in the venue where I have laid them all out clearly. This is the system that planners and caterers are used to and it works very well.
Breakages
I'm sure that the venue will treat my pieces with care when moving them from one part of the ceremony to the other, but should any breakages occur, by making payment and booking the product, you will legally agree to cover the cost of replacing the product at cost price.
If flowers are moved around within a design and not quite looking like they did when I delivered them, this is absolutely fine. I like to recreate the design for each hire so this isn't a problem at all.
